Rooms: The Pink Hut
This delightful shepherd's hut, specially built and designed for The Outbuildings, is a rather fun addition to our individual bed and breakfast rooms. With far reaching views across open fields to the Snowdonian mountains beyond, it makes the most wonderful, quirky and cosy romantic retreat for two.
Inside is carefully decorated with my usual fun colours and bits & bobs, carefully chosen light fittings and furniture, with a blisfully comfy double bed and a tiny wood burning stove for chilly nights. The shower room has a shower, loo and wash hand basin. Just a short drive from the Menai Bridge and the idyllic town of Beaumaris, The Pink Hut is perfectly located to explore the wilds of Angelsey and North Wales.
Shepherd’s huts originated in the 19th century – providing somewhere for shepherds to store both their tools and medicines as well as a place to eat and sleep whilst tending to their flock, especially during the lambing season. Although, I think our little pink hut is rather more comfortably furnished, and has a few modern extras such as a flat screen TV!

TariffBed and breakfast per room is £90 per night (£75 for the Pink Hut). We serve a three course dinner each evening, the cost is £30-£35 per person, it helps if you let us know if you would like to eat on the day you arrive. The menu is chosen each morning by the chef. Please let us know when you book if you have any dietary requirements. We are fully licensed and kindly ask you not to drink your own booze at The Outbuildings!

We bought our lovely Pink Hut from a super little company in Somerset called Ashwood Shepherds Huts. A family run business which can build a hut to suit your exact needs.
